In the last months of 2014 the musical community of Binghamton NY, backed by local artist/producer Stephen Schweitzer, recorded and released a compilation album. It is a collection of some of the finest Binghamton musicians coming together in one studio from all different aspects of our great musical community. The album features a host of different genres ranging from the Latin of Salsa Libre, the bayou sounds of the Zydeco Po Boys, the Dixie horns of the Alpha Brass Band, the country swing of Dirt Farm, the folk rock of Driftwood and a host of other Binghamton greats. It was recorded at Newclear Studios in West Windsor NY by the great Jeff Stychra. And to top it all off, it is just Volume 1. Volume 2 is just around the corner!!!
